COVID-19 Response: Pitch Day 2020 Canceled

In line with current (03/31/2020) CDC guidelines on large events and in close consultation with education and corporate advisory board members, we have made the difficult decision to cancel Novus Club’s Pitch Day 2020.

For the past three years, we have worked to support emerging entrepreneurs by connecting Chicagoland’s most ambitious and talented students to practicing professionals in tech and business at Pitch Day. With over 200 students registered to attend, Pitch Day 2020 was expected to be our largest event since our founding, and as the planning team behind Pitch Day, we are deeply saddened by the need to cancel the event. gry automaty online hotspot

As student entrepreneurs ourselves, we know that while Pitch Day 2020 takes a momentary break, our high school entrepreneurs will not. Our students live with an entrepreneurial spirit and are carried by their passions. We know that as they struggle to adapt to this slower pace of life, they’ll re-discover boredom and this in combination with their own creativity, will spark flames of innovation. While we maintain some level of excitement to witness how our students grow from this unprecedented experience, we have encouraged them to continue taking all necessary precautions to maintain their good health. zábavní hrací automaty

During this time, we are especially grateful for the patience and understanding of our students, industry guests, and event sponsors. automaty online za pieniadze We recognize that this news may be disappointing for some but hope that you join in our excitement to see how we as a community grow from this developing situation.

We encourage all individuals to continue heeding the advice of the CDC and look forward to reconnecting with all of our students, guests, and sponsors at Pitch Day 2021.
